Services

APE Nepal provides access to selected education-practice subscriptions, exam-booking support, online classes, study resources and related customer support. Product availability, prices and delivery times can change.

Third-party services and trademarks

Unless a page explicitly and accurately states otherwise, APE Nepal provides education-practice products, booking assistance and customer support. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Any product availability or relationship is described only where applicable on the relevant page.

Customer information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, account and booking information. For security, do not submit account passwords. APE Nepal may contact you when information needs clarification before fulfilment.

Payments

Payments made by QR/e-wallet are manually verified. Uploading a payment screenshot does not by itself mean the payment has been verified. An order becomes verified only after APE Nepal confirms receipt.

Digital access and third-party platforms

Features and availability of third-party products may change when the underlying provider changes its service. APE Nepal cannot control third-party outages, account restrictions or provider-policy changes.

Scores and outcomes

Practice tools, classes and study materials do not guarantee a particular PTE, IELTS, Duolingo or other exam score or visa outcome.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent payment proof, interfere with order tracking, or use purchased access in violation of the relevant provider’s terms.
