Payment proof and passwords
Payment proof may be stored temporarily for manual verification and is deleted from the order database after payment is marked verified. APE Nepal does not ask for your Pearson account password on this website. Do not send passwords through forms, email or WhatsApp.

We may use service providers such as Cloudflare for website hosting/database functions, Telegram for internal order alerts, Brevo for backup order-notification email, and analytics/advertising services used on the website. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
Data retention
We keep order and support records only as reasonably needed for fulfilment, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. Temporary payment-proof images may be removed earlier as described above.
